Black Head Waxing? Really, what is it?

Okay, I am away from my ever so loved spa. I love what they call their black head waxing procedure. It literally gets them all out. It's not a pretty process but it works. It's this little jar of clear goop they put on your face liberally. Then they lay on top of it muslim cloths (the ones used in waxing). You wait for it to dry and harden. Finally you peel it off. Well, I may be asian but I do not know all of the wonderful secrets like this. Does anyone know of this stuff as I described it? If not, go try it out. If so, What Is This Stuff?!? I want to buy it!
