LDS/MORMON Mark 9:47 ISSUE!?

This is more of a metaphor. Your eye can't really offend you, can it? It is OUR decision to look at (or refuse to look at) bad things. What this verse is saying is that if you have a problem with a certain sin, you need to get rid of the thing that is causing you to sin (e.g. if you're addicted to porn, you should get rid of your computer, etc.). It is better to be with God forever than to live this life with a computer or whatnot.
