What is wrong with my hamster?

I noticed while handling my hamster she has a kind of brown colored goop down the lower half of her body... I researched wet tail, she still eats, drinks and excersises well. she also does not to diarhea. what is going on? Heat? I got her at Petco a little while ago, and she was fine... I think... but what is it?
