Breaded Dragon Eye problem?

my bearded dragon had this greenish brownish goop in his eyes. now the goop is away and his eyes are seemed to be sealed shut. i tried to get it open, or at least remove the goop with warm water with a q-tip. this is a consern to me because he cant see to eat or drink. please help.
