Belly button piercing infection?

My belly button piercing that i got about a month ago is what i think infected. Its red around the top hole and pusses out white goop and its also hard to move up and down. Its not sore unless it catches or gets pushed on hard. I clean it with saline solution (What my piercer said to use) Does this sound like a infection (if so how bad) And how to clean it better. Thanks guys :)
