Do i have delayed ejaculation?

I've just lost my virginity a couple weeks ago but I didnt come inside her. We tried again the next day but the same thing happened. We changed it up a bit and did it in a car in the backseat, and I came within a few seconds like a stereotypical first time should. That was the only time that I had masturbated earlier that day (about 12 hours prior). We had sex again 2 days ago thinking it would be alright but it was the same as the first two times. I read up on delayed ejaculation and its causes. It said spinal injuries can cause it and I do have scoliosis so does that include that? Also I'm going through a lot of stuff as I'm sleeping on my aunts couch to have another week with my girlfriend. My parents moved and they're making me too. I just graduated and so the thought of. College is a little frightening. It seems to me like the time in the car would rule out delayed ejaculation but i don't know...it still sucks, she doesn't mind but I feel worthless as a man.
