Is it ok to sleep in the bed that my Dog just gave birth on?

God, I really hope you are joking, if you are it's not funny! Take the damn sheets off the bed, and flip the mattress, throw down a blanket or towels to lay on tonight, then wash or buy some new ones tomorrow!! What is the Mom & pups laying on? Not the hardwood floor I hope, they need something, CLEAN, DRY & warm to sleep on!!
