Im talking about DOMS,delayed onset muscle soreness the day after a workout. I have always been sore before when I worked out, yesterday i did the best workout i ever did but today im not sore at all really. I always felt that if i was sore it meant i did a good workout and i could really feel my muscles the day after. But if im not sore is it good or bad? did i do enough work during my workout?
