How Should I Clean My Dog's Face?

How do I or what can I use to clean dirty, sticky goop in my Westie's facial hair withoiut giving her a complete bath. She only has it in her face. I don't want to cut it all out but it can be tough to get out. Do they have any kinds of oils for this? I have spray shampoo but this is mainly good for freshening her up not spraying by her face.
