Where does the Bible show that the resurrection was actually the 1st day of the week, Sunday?

We know jesus was crucified on friday, because the Jews wanted to hurry it up so that they didnt have to do work on the Sabbath, aka Saturday. It's only on the day after that any events that would attest to the ressurection began to occur.
