Think there is something with me HELP!!?

ok so this is going to sound really really gross but like my vinga smells but I will wash and wash it. Its not like you can smell it through my pants Or anything. and when I pee too. And also like on my under pants there is all white goop, like a lott. Would this be a yeast infection ? Does anyone know what is wrong ??? And I'm too scared to got it check out and also I dont want anybody looking in my vinga haha! But helppp
